Among other tasks, you’ll be required to:
Strong experience in active sales process management of corporations and foundations. Corresponding success of negotiating and closing contractual deals to exceed quota. Consciously create and tailor a win strategy to each conversation – no two deals are the same.
Effective and inspiring storyteller and presenter, with the ability to connect technology with longer term vision and goals. This includes excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create, edit and present collateral material.
Ability to manage a pipeline of 100+ accurately vetted opportunities at any given time. Excitement to seek out and build new organisational relationships to nurture and develop on an ongoing basis.
Desire to make a larger impact in the world by giving organisations and non-profits alike the ability to effect change through engagement with technology. This includes expertise in technology demonstrations and the ability to leverage technology as a storytelling tool
Embraces personal and joint accountability to achieve organisational goals, including sales collaboration, internal experts, or additional resources where relevant. Fosters cross functional strategies, collaborations and executions to be successful and fully aligned with overall goals and objectives.

You will be in charge of implementing our marketing plan and areas of our Go-to-market strategy. This person must be hands-on, used to working in a small dynamic team and super passionate about climate change/sport. Have ideas, energy, grit and impact!

At least five years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS/B2B software industry or a B2B marketing agency.
Ensure brand alignment at all times
Manage a marketing budget for B2B and B2C activities
Be passionate about sports and climate action
Create and distribute content (organic & paid) that generates brand awareness and marketing and sales leads (i.e. webinars, articles, lead magnets and podcasts)
Work with and manage writers/designers on content creation and/or create it yourself
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Manage our email marketing activities with the team
Work closely with colleagues to support our Account-Based-Marketing campaigns by creating sales enablement materials and helping with prospecting and account research
Knowledge of tracking & analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Measure and report all digital marketing campaigns’ performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Be familiar with Canva, Mailchimp and Hubspot
Ideally run campaigns over TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
